Youth Classes

Structured boxing programs for kids and teens. Discover our youth classes below.

Kids - aged 5 to 11

A fun, structured introduction to boxing for younger athletes. Classes focus on basic technique, coordination, discipline, and social skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Teens - aged 12 to 16

Designed for teens looking to build skill, fitness, and self-belief. Sessions combine boxing fundamentals with conditioning, helping young athletes develop discipline, resilience, and confidence.

Please note that hand wraps and gloves are required for all classes. If you don't own any, they are available for purchase from the front counter.
