Our Classes

Different goals. Different levels. One place to train. Explore our range of classes below.

While members are welcome to attend any of our classes, please note that classes are marked by intensity level:

  • (B) - Beginner Friendly classes move at a controlled pace and allow for closer coach guidance and support.

  • (I) - Intense classes are fast-paced and high-energy, and do not allow for individual coaching.

Fundamentals

(B) 

The perfect starting point for beginners or anyone refining the basics. This class breaks down stance, footwork, punches, and defence to build a strong boxing foundation from the ground up.

Skills & Drills

(B) 

A technical-focused class designed to sharpen boxing fundamentals and refine movement. Expect structured drills covering footwork, combinations, defence, and ring IQ.
Perfect for building clean, efficient boxing skills.

Pad Bash

(B) 

High-energy pad work that pushes fitness, timing, and power. This class is fast-paced and demanding, designed to improve conditioning while developing sharp combinations and explosive striking.

Bag Work

(I)

A high-intensity class dedicated to heavy bag training. Build power, endurance, and technique through structured rounds that keep the work demanding and the pace strong.

Strength & Conditioning

(I)

A boxing-specific strength and fitness class built to improve power, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Expect a mix of bodyweight work, functional strength, and conditioning drills.

Defence Work

(B) 

A technical class focused on the defensive side of boxing.
Through structured drills and controlled movement, athletes build awareness, control, and confidence under pressure while learning how to stay safe and composed in the ring.

Sparring

(I)

A controlled, supervised session for applying skills in live rounds. Focused on safety, respect, and development, sparring helps boxers build confidence, composure, and real ring experience.

​

Participation in ring sparring requires a mouthguard and headgear.​

Please note that hand wraps and gloves are required for all classes. If you don't own any, they are available for purchase from the front counter.
